1. What is your shipping on free shipping ?
Shipping within India is free on orders above Rs 1000. A nominal transit fee of Rs 75 will be added to orders below INR 1000 at checkout.

We accept payment by Credit Card, PayPal, UPI, PayTM wallet and Cash On Delivery
3. What happens after I place my order ?
Your order will ship from our factory in maximum 48 hours. You will receive a personalized confirmation email with tracking details.
4. How long will it take for my order to be delivered ?
Orders within India are shipped via Delhivery and are delivered within 3-7 working days. Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
5. Can i change the shipping address , once the order has been shipped ?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.
6. What happens if a package is not delivered ?
If a package is returned to RW as ‘un-deliverable’ or due to an in-correct address, you will be responsible to pay extra transit charges to re-send the package. If you refuse a package or the package is returned to sender, the full shipping cost paid by RW will be deducted.

We are a home grown brand. RW products are all designed & manufactured in our vertically integrated factory in Noida.
9. Is my package Insured ?
All items are insured from RW against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
10. Do you ship internationally ?
No, Currently we only ship within India.

12. How do i know if an item is in stock ?
All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email email@example.com, to find out if the product can be made available or if the made to order option is available, place an advance order
