Runway Ritual products come with a return assurance, in case any repairs/replacement is required due to any manufacturing/workmanship defects. We will take care of it free of cost.
Wood, ceramics, resin, and other material may get damaged or stones may get dislodged if force is applied or if the piece falls. We may not be able to accept returns if any of the above-mentioned occurs or if the product has been altered or repaired outside of RW. All cases will be dealt with fairness and we reserve the final right to decide.

I want to return a faulty/damaged product, how do I proceed?
Please follow the below-mentioned steps:
- DO NOT remove the QC dumbbell sticker in case the piece is damaged.
- Click clear images of the product showing damages.
- Click on “Click To return “ on our homepage Footer (https://www.runwayritual.com/initiate-easy-return/)
- Alternatively, you can also email us the images, along with your order details at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Explain the exact detail of the damage/defect and the status of the package that you received.
- The complaint and the images should be sent to us within 48 hours of the delivery.
- If necessary, we will arrange a pickup of the product through our logistic partner. If we are unable to do so, we will request you to send the product back to us.
- Once the product reaches us, our Quality Analysts will evaluate your returned product to ensure adherence to our Returns Guidelines.
- We will communicate details of your replacement dispatch details soon after. Return Couriers can take from 8 to 12 days..
What are Runway Ritual Shop Returns Guideline?
- Runway Ritual Shop Return Policy is implied within 48 hours of delivery. Failing to do so, we will not be able to serve the claim for you.
- In case of returns due to reasons other than manufacturing quality defects, we will charge a reverse courier charge of INR 100.
- In most cases, we initiate the return process. In case the reverse pick-up cannot be honoured due to operational restrictions we will request the customer to courier it. Return Couriers can take from 8 to 12 days.
- We use great quality images, however minor colour and design variation can exist. All products are handmade, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website. Details like sizes, inclusions are mentioned on product page.
- Runway Ritual is not responsible for any in-transit damages, while product has been return shipped by the customer.
- Runway Ritual Replacement policy is applicable only on the products purchased from www.runwayritual.com.
When are returns not possible?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns, which are:
- If the return request is made outside the specified time frame (48 hours) days post-delivery).
- Every piece is shipped with a QC dumbbell sticker, in case the QC sticker is tampered.
- Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies & accessories.
- If the product is damaged because of use or the product is not in the same condition in which you had received it.
In the below cases, we can resend the Item again, but extra transit charges of INR 100 may be applicable.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- After 2 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
- Package refused by the recipient.
How will I get a refund for the order I cancelled or returned?
- Once we have assessed your return, we will move ahead with the refund or exchange. Return Couriers can take from 8 to 12 days.
- In the case of Card, Wallet & COD refunds, payment will be refunded by bank transfer. We will be asking for your bank account details. Refund will be processed after deducting Rs 50 as payment processing fees.
- In case of store credit, we will refund the entire amount in the customers’ Runway Ritual account. It can be redeemed during the next purchase. A written Credit note will be issued for the same with a validity of 1 year.
I’ve still not received the refund in my bank account. Why?
- If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request.
However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, pls contact us. We will gladly help you.
Can I ask for NEFT refund if I paid through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking?
- We are sorry. In case you paid via credit card/debit card/net banking, the amount will be refunded in the same account as you had made payment from.
